iOS/Android Phone/Tablet Developers
Position Overview:
We are looking to hire several developers with strong experience developing mobile applications for our growing mobile technology products and services. We need someone who understands iOS, Cocoa Touch, objective-c and has experience designing and implementing iPhone and iPad applications. Strong consideration will be given for candidates who have experience developing on Android (phone and tablet) platforms. The ideal candidate would be someone who can take a project from end-to-end, designing and developing not only the mobile clients, but also able to design and develop the web services and possibly the web sites associated with the project.
You will be developing rich interactive business and consumer based applications on the iOS and Android platforms, and possibly developing on Windows based devices. You will be developing applications that are data intensive, pulling data from web services. We are looking for someone who can work with prototypes, screenshots, or written specifications to create the final product. Creativity and willingness to take responsibility to deliver high quality applications is desired.
Qualifications:- 2-3 years' experience with developing and delivering iOS based applications
- 2-3 years' experience developing Android based systems
- Experience developing applications that use web services, POX, and JSON based services
- Experience with building enterprise applications that can handle large volumes of mission-critical data
Technical Experience:
- iOS development using objective-c
- Experience consuming web services in iOS application
- Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, Javascript, IIS etc)
- Familiarity with other software/technologies including:
- Android platform development
- Web Development on Microsoft Platform using ASP.Net and C#
- Strong scripting skills on one or more languages
- Object Oriented Software Development (C#/C++)
Other Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in QA methodology, process, tools and DBMS technologies
- The ability to balance competing tasks in a rapidly changing environment
