Microsoft Acquires KPIFinder from Extended Results
10/15/2006Microsoft has acquired the rights to KPIFinder, a solution developed by Extended Results to bridge the gap between Office Business Scorecard Manager 2005 and Office 2003/2007 applications. KPIFinder allows the user of any Office application to embedded Scorecards that were developed in Business Scorecard Manager into their office documents. Microsoft will use intellectual property and technology assets from the acquisition to provide Microsoft Office customers with new tools to help integrate their business intelligence data into their Office documents.

You have been able to create very detailed dashboards with PerformancePoint Server Monitoring and Analytics, but when you went to print, the output did not look very good because of all the SharePoint navigational items that printed along with it. Here at Extended Results, we created an add-on to SharePoint that finally enables rich printing options we have been wanting for quite some time.
